Our commitment behind a change for Stanwell ... Stanwell New Start will be based on upon the following principles: High quality housing, a better home for every resident A housing layout that will reduce crime Residents will help shape the area and community Residents will not be disadvantaged financially
There are around 180 homes that will be affected by the regeneration of Stanwell; mostly owned by A2Dominion.



We propose to develop the area in 4 phases. The first phase will be the area adjacent to Victory Close, which incorporates the area surrounded by hoarding and the nearby houses. At the same time we shall submit an outline plan for the whole development
